After seeing this position advertised for over four months and Linkedin matching it with my profile, I officially applied. I had a very brief phone interview with a recruiter that asked me if i was actively interviewing/expecting any offers. During the first interview, the Hiring Manager kept interjecting the interview by saying "you have 8 minutes left" "you have two minutes left". The second interview was even more odd as the interviewee kept speaking in Acronyms. I was then jerked around for a week +. They specifically asked me my timeline and where I was in my job search and I was honest. The recruiter expressed the teams dissatisfaction although they were candid about interviewing other candidates and delaying the interview process because they said they needed to see where the "bar was" (i explained that this entire process is a two way street). If the entire HR team doesn't know where the "bar" is after recruiting for a mid-senior level HR position in a competitive market for four months I see that as a HUGE red flag! I withdrew my candidacy after the Recruiter tried to me that telling them I was entertaining another offer was like "trying to find a guy in the bar." What?! On a Wednesday they said they would I would have a final interview. On Thursday they said I would have two interviews.
I wish this entire experience was a joke. If your a serious professional avoid this company and invest your time elsewhere!
