An in-person final stage interview took place following 3 prior stages (Screening Interview (Talent Acquisition Partner), 1-1 Online Interview (Team Lead), Take home practical assessment). The final interview was split into two one-hour long sections:
1) Technical interview - Reviewing the work from the take-home assessment, where they went deeper into my understanding of each task.
2) Team fit interview - A more standard interview aiming to get to know more about me.
The first interview had two technical team members and the latter had 3 more senior members of the quant team. Overall, felt very welcome and unfortunately just didn't have a good enough answer for some of the more sportsbook niche technical questions as a new graduate with no prior experience in the space.
