Very positive experience. I wasn't sure what to expect; it's not a big company I was able to do that much research on, and I couldn't find too much info on my own. But I was pleasantly surprised by the individuals I met. The (in-house) recruiter was impeccable, a real star. She was personable, kind, responsive, and focused. She answered all my questions and every interaction with her was transparent. I was told upfront about what they are hoping to find in a candidate, and some of those qualifications were not my strong point. Therefore, when I wasn't offered the role, it was not a total surprise. Plus I really appreciated their fast response after the interview. I'm sure this company would be amazing to work for. The leadership are experts in their field and this showed through in the interview. They also seem to care about the overall big picture. So while I wasn't offered the position, it's rare to have such a positive experience during the interview process.
