Interview
It really wasn't an interview. Once you pass the first sewing test then you come back in and take a second sewing test. After passing the first and second test, then HR sit you down and let you know about the company and what they expect from you. They let me know that I was hired there on the spot.

Interview
They took me to do a few tests in the factory. Was about 30 minutes of sewing and they hired me right away after they viewed my results. I started the next week.
