Very quick - they make decisions quickly. Most of the interview was a culture/personality interview. My experience fit their needs, so they were seeing if I would be a good fit culturally in the office.

Interview
Was offered a position at a low salary and negotiated. The following day I got a call saying they couldn't budge on the salary offer and by the way we rescind the job offer because somebody else already accepted an offer for the job. Horrible way to handle this and I wouldn't trust this company. Am SO glad I won't be going to work there now.
