there are three rounds of interview process. final one is technical test. excel is must needed skill and good communication also. first round with interviewer is all about self introduction, family background and academic skills. second round is hr round. all the best

Interview
1st round : All about your family and your background with HR and also the salary discussion.
2nd round: Technical interview!
They will provide some data on excel sheet and ask you to do VLOOKUP, PIVOT TABLE and may ask to write some functions.
