Interview
The toxicity of this place is so off the charts it was visible from space. Wildly inexperienced interviewers, rude recruiters, very obviously terrible tech stack. There didn't seem to be a singe talented individual in sight during the interview process, which was extremely excessive and fawning for no good reason.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Although indirectly asked, they were definitely trying to figure out who would be willing to work at this toxic company.
Email to schedule phone screen. Set up some time to schedule a call, got an email to confirm the call, then got ghosted. This seems like a similar situation to everyone else who interviewed with figs. Not sure what's the point of even scheduling these if they won't even show up to the initial phone screen.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
No questions because they didn't even show up to the scheduled phone screen
The person who interviewed me was lacking professionalism. I passed the screening stage and was given a take home exam, She said to contact her for any questions about it. I did and she never responded to my numerous emails for assistance. Ghosted. Waste of time.
