There were two rounds for interview., one consisted of extempore and the second round was personal interview. If you perform confidentially, it helps and you should have knowledge about your particular subject.

Interview
The hiring process took place in Hyderabad. Timings are from 9 am till 6 pm.
1- 9:00 am till 12:00 pm- a) Written test for the concerned subject (2 papers).b) Aptitude test c) Personal form completion
2- 12:00 till 2:00 pm: Lunch break
3- 2:00 till 02:30 pm: Presentation on benefits of joining FIITJEE and its achievements.
4- 2:30 till 03:00 pm: Declaration of results
5- 3:00 till 06:00 pm: Group discussion + Demo. Demo duration: 35-45 minutes for Category C and 15-20 minutes for Category D.
6- 06:00 pm till 06:30 pm: HR Interview.
Please note:
a) There is a mandatory 3 month training programme which would take place at any centre in India. You would be paid a stipend but the accommodation and food expense need to be borne by you.
b) You have to sign a bond for 3 years.
c) You need to be flexible in working anywhere in India. Metros/tier 1 cities usually have no vacancies. I was clearly told that presently Hyderabad/Mumbai have no vacancies for Chemistry teachers.
d) There is a different salary structure for different periods e.g. Fixed salary during training, then an increase during probation. If selected a different pay package would be provided. Hence do not assume that you would be paid the entire salary ( as shown in the advertisement) all at once yearly.
