Very straightforward, all you need to do is pass an easy test that mainly focuses on scope of practice. I sat down with Emilio, the guy who practically runs the whole place. He's very nice and considerate. Just be sure to know the county policies, and your NREMT skills. Though if you're applying, you better already.

Interview was professional and ran very close to what was expected. I felt prepared when answering the questions and nothing was asked was unforeseen. I felt that the company respected and appreciated my time. Interviewer was only one person and done in one room. Job description and expectations were clearly defined at the time of interview. Grey card must be present to receive job offer.

Got a job on the spot. Just don't be stupid, and you'll get the job no worries. Extremely easy interview. They actually had me fill out my employment packet within 10 minutes.
