The first round is a phone screen with a member of the HR team, followed by second and third round interviews with the actual project management team. You get to meet 2 or 3 people from the PM team during the final interview to ask questions and understand the culture

Interview
There were three rounds of interview. The first round was zoom call(without video) with the HR. The second round was an in-person interview with two team members. The final round was conducted with the hiring manager and the product director. The timelines for the interviews were inconsistent. The team was friendly and approachable. I had to follow up on multiple occasions and wait for three weeks to receive an automated email rejection after completing all three rounds.
