I applied through college or university. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at FM (Woodland Hills, CA) in Feb 2020
Interview
I met a recruiter at a booth during my college's career fair. Upon providing them my resume and information, I was invited to a phone call interview that next week. After this phone call, I was invited to an in-person interview on-campus. After this interview, I was extended another interview at their office location in Woodland Hills, CA. This consisted of a rigorous interview process consisting of multiple interviewers, an essay, and a presentation in front of a panel. Overall, it was a long process, but all interviewers and recruiters were extremely nice and interested in what you told them and how you explaind yourself.
