Interview
The first round of interviews is done on Microsoft Teams. It was behavioral and no technical questions were asked. There is a second round of in-person interviews which are much more rigorous, involving making a presentation.

What's something specific where you had to follow strict guidelines but still got something done?
The interview process consisted of a panel interview and a presentation component. Most of the questions were behavioral in nature, focusing on teamwork, problem solving, and communication skills. Interviewers also asked detailed questions about my prior professional experience and accomplishments.

A day spent at the office speaking with a variety of interviewers that support different functions at the company. The role requires good communication skills so they will give you a task to demonstrate this skill.

Accepted for a second interview, said it would be within 4 weeks, doesn’t respond to follow ups for 3 months, tells me it will be at end of week, never responds to me again.
