15 Minute Initial Interview to request 6 pages of candidate work and business strategy from every candidate. Takes work and doesn’t even reply or confirm. Find a company that actually wants to pay talent, not scam them.

They ask you for hours of work and custom built company strategy for your “potential” role…. Pages of multi scenario company strategy with applicable data, steps and financials to their current state. They need your brain not you.

1st interview -we hire fast & fire fast **they also hire every few months I wonder why? 2nd interview -very well 3rd interview -no leeway with even basic training needed Please note: I've been doing this for 4-5 years+ upwards of 10 I know how to make a cold call and get someone to a meeting. They don't want that. They want someone who is going to not be smart at all with zero flair attached
