Unprofessional interview process — ghosted after 5 rounds. I interviewed with Divina (under Foodmatch) and initially had a great impression. However, after five rounds of interviews and a lengthy assessment, I never received any follow-up or closure. Despite reaching out multiple times, I was completely ghosted. I completely understand if I wasn’t the right fit — that’s part of the process. What’s disappointing is the lack of basic communication and respect for the time candidates invest. Professional communication should be the minimum standard.
