I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at FOODit (London, England) in Feb 2016
Interview
Couple of email exchanges. Asked about what why I was interested in the position and what can I bring to the table, how my previous experiences can help me with this position.?
They ask you to work on online software and complete a task (built a website based on their template software) which takes time. You sent it back and never hear from them again.! Its a young start up, mistakes will be made but communication is the key.

Question 1
Q. Tell me about your experience?
Q. What do you know about FOODit?
Personal, Relaxed, but in-depth. Was a well thought out process with a clear structure. Got to meet a lot of the team and the environment I'd be joining. The interview process was a lot to do with matching me with the role and the team and making sure I was the right fit/ not just a ticklist of what the job needed.
