You learn a lot about the company and what's important to them during the interview process. They are clear that they want people that will represent the company name as if they owned it. You get a general overview of the company, core values, position and compensation and then if you like what you see and hear they will invite you to schedule a one on one interview to get all your questions answered. If you're a fit for them and they're a fit for you then you move forward.

Interview
I went to the interview and watched a video on the job experience. We all had questions then they picked the people they liked and took us back to do a 1 on 1 interview with the manager. He asked me what I wanted from my next employer and some pretty standard interview questions. He assured me that he thought I would be happy here and he was right.
