Long interviews that take more than 3 hours each time (!!!!!) First interview was over the phone with the HR, Second interview was with the HR at their premises. Third interview was with the Manager. All of the interviews lasted more than 3 hours ..... the departments did not communicate effectively their feedback, as a result they kept on asking the same questions. They requested to work 9 hours or more and there is no hybrid work module. They offered a much lower salary than the one I currently have, even though HR had communicated to me that the amount I had initially requested was ok to proceed. I lost 3 days for nothing. Not professional at all.
