My first interview was very personal one on one chat with someone in management. Very much gauging personality. Very low stakes and answered any questions i had about the role.

They were super nice and the interview process went so smoothly. They reached out soon after I had applied for the job and were quick to schedule me for an in person interview. They gave me a great detailed summary of the company, as well as the role specifically.

They asked me why I was interested in working there.
The interview process is pretty easy. First interview is with a publicity assistant and they’re really nice. The second interview is with one of the founders/owners and depending on who you interview with you might have a pleasant conversation or an off putting conversation. Listen closely to the “scare” speech and make sure you ask all the right questions, especially about benefits offered and not.
