Initial phone interview, followed with panel interview, interview with COO and CEO, verbal offer, background check, offer, acceptance. It was an enjoyable experience. This occurred 7 years ago, so I'm sure some things have changed but overall the leaders follow ethically practices and you will walk away feeling good, no matter what the outcome.
After I was hired, I was involved in a few interviews with potential new employees and each interview seemed to be enjoyable for all parties involved.
