2 step process:
1st interview with Head of Department
2nd Interview with GM. Both were about 30 to 40 mins, asking about knowledge of compliance and questions around compliance processes and solutions.

How would you complete identity verification on a candidate? What things would you look for to prove a candidate is who they say they are?
