FSM Group US interview questions

Received an email on a Saturday from the VP, HR stating based on my resume, I had the skills he was looking for and wanted to know if I could speak that day. We spoke, the conversation went well, we discussed what my compensation was at my last company and I never heard anything else from him. Pretty disappointing given someone at that level didn't have the respect level or decency to follow up on provide closure.
