I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Fab.com (Pune)
Interview
I was contacted by their HR and the process took about a week. Had a brief chat with the HR at their office before starting off with the interviews. There were two technical rounds followed by a meeting with their CTO. The technical rounds are your standard algorithm based ones. Nothing too difficult. The CTO round is culture-fit test, where he tries to figure out if you are a culturally good fit for the company (I wasn't).

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fab.com (Pune)
Interview
I interviewed at Hem.com, which is a offshoot of Fab.com. Absolutely horrible experience. The interviewers were condescending and disrespectful. They made me feel very uncomfortable and like they were doing me a favour by interviewing me. I was holed up for close to 6-7 hours. Do not recommend this place.

Question 1
Loads of random data structure and algorithm questions.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Fab.com (Pune) in Sep 2013
Interview
This interview process was pretty weird. First the HR comes and asks questions whether we are OK with working weekends, night-outs! Strange to encounter this question before the process actually begins.
Next two young folks come and ask about product architecture and start behaving as if they don't understand anything. One of them was just not paying attention at all and was constantly looking out of the room. On mentioning monitoring tools like NewRelic, they gave a dumb-founded expression.
Felt like they were more interested in making fun rather than seriously asking questions. That gave a very poor impression on my mind.
