Interview
It was a lengthy interview process and had very little communication on next steps. I did not receive an update until 3 months after 3 rounds of interviews. I had great interviews and although they went in another direction I would have liked to know earlier on especially since I had followed up with the recruiter.

Interview
Disappointed in their interview process that I have gone through twice now. Applied online, received a response with in a couple of days to speak over the phone. Phone interview went great- and went in to interview in person to meet the director of the department. Director seemed disinterested, was very assuming, and jumped to incorrect conclusions about my experience because they didn’t probe or ask more questions. I had to correct a couple of times and say “No, actually I do have experience in x,y,z.” Seemed to just try to get through the questions they were reading off, maybe late to a meeting? Don’t know, but it didn’t feel good. Seeing as they have a 61% negative outlook with interviews, maybe they should take them a little more seriously and professionally.
Fab Fit Fun- Youre still a start up in the eyes of billion dollar companies- invest in potential employees as they are interviewing YOU just as much as you’re interviewing them.
