No one follows Google calender's, and places Skype calls and Telephonic calls, and no one turns up even when interviewing 5+ years experience guys from Market. Dont have money to match existing employer, but need best talent in market, and after saying yes , they back off, remember not to waste own money for going to final round to meet the Co founder for final round. HR would give a story of reimbursement, but wont get the tickets done if you are not doing from own. Overall its better not to work for an unprofessional organisation where people dont follow time. Nextly after the co - founder round its funny, there is an employee who is below your applied designation, will interview you.
