I arrived for my interview about 10 minutes early and was greeted at the door with friendly faces. Everyone instantly made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I was offered a beverage while I waited for my interviewer who came out shortly after. She was very sweet during the interview process. I felt so excited to join the team by the end of the interview.

I was scheduled to have interview with owner, however the business development manager showed up 30 minutes late to scheduled interview and informed me that she didn't even know she was suppose to come do this. I then informed her that I had another appointment scheduled elsewhere and she said we can make this quick. We then went into the "training room" and she pulled out a sheet of paper and read the basic questions from the sheet. After that she explained the pay and commission structure and gave me a number of what the current coordinators are making on commission (which my checks were never close to that I was promised in the interview) she then offered me the position and told me to schedule my drug test and we would go from there.
