I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Face to Face Spa (Austin, TX) in Aug 2016
Interview
The interviewer asked basic esthetic questions. I kind of get the impression they will hire almost anyone. They asked what kind of experience I had. They seemed ok that I was a new grad.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Face to Face Spa (Austin, TX) in Jan 2018
Interview
My interviewer was late. Sat and talked for a while. They asked me some basic esthetics questions, inquired as to my availability, years of experience, etc. They seemed to ask some odd questions about "tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult client".
My interviewer was over 30 minutes late for our interview and at that point I realized she didn't care about my time. She read off a list of basic questions then went over the pay rate and scheduling. She explained that because of my background I would receive top pay but top pay is only $13hr plus $2.00 perfect attendance bonus totally $15. If you are late 1 minute during each pay period you do not get that bonus. New hires are required to work every weekend for a 6 month minimum. Scheduled shifts are all day morning to close, 10-12hrs! And there is no hourly pay if you aren't scheduled with a client you must clock out and clock back in when you receive a client.
