I intitially applied to the position through LinkedIn. I reached out to the HR and did phone screening the following week after. The phone sceening included your past experience and heavily on the products offered by the company. After screening, I was invited for an in-person interview. Before the in-person interview, I had to write a short prompt and bring it to the interview. The in-person interview was like a panel discussion; it was a comfortable environment. Most questions were relevant to my past work experiences and some basic questions such as my intention of applying to the company etc. They particularly asked questions regarding my experience in sales operation that was more relevant to the JD of the position I was applying for. After the main interview, the CEO gave me more detailed JD of the position and asked me if I had any questions. Overall, straightforward and positive interview experience.
