Very poor experience. I connected with the Factored Quality team and they asked me to book a time on their calendar for an interview, which I accepted the email invitation. When the interview time came, they no email, no showed - and I followed up with an email to confirm that the interview was still on, and asked if there was a better time to connect. Seems very unorganized, low pay for NYC, and it's probably for the best as they can't handle their workload.
