I applied online and was contacted within 2 weeks to setup a phone interview. After the phone interview I was asked to come in for an in person interview. I provided my availability and was contacted a few days later to schedule. During in the in person I met with 5 people throughout my interview. After I took an assessment and was contacted within 24 hours offering me the position. The recruiter made the entire experience easy and was respectful of my schedule.
