You complete an activity The phone screening just involves going over your resume and your experiences. If you pass the phone screening, you are asked to come in and speak with two other employees who I assume are in leadership roles. You are then asked to complete an assessment. This looks like organizing data in a medium of your choice whether it is in either Excel, Google Docs, etc etc.
