Had my interview via zoom, Really pleasant interview. Lasted around 10 minutes. Normal compentency questions and scenarios. Interview questions not hard at all as all in line with what you learn through training.

Interview
There is a surprisingly laid-back feel to the interview process. Informal, which is good because it puts you at ease. One thing to remember is that they want to get to know about you, and what made you feel drawn to care in the first place. Best advice is to be yourself.
