Some questions and that was really it, also checked my license. From there I waited and was told they passed. It was a good experience as everything was straightforward and respectful.
The interview process involved a phone interview and in-person interview, where I was asked minimal clinical questions. Following the offer, I had to do a full-panel drug test and do a pretty easy physical test that involved lifting some weight up stairs.

The hiring and interview process is very fast. After sending in an online application, you have the opportunity to set up an interview. In the interview you're asked a few questions then the interviewer discloses on the spot if you are receiving an offer for the position or not.
