Human resources contacted me about two months after I initially submitted an application. They interviewed briefly over the phone (why I was interested, etc.) and then invited me about a week later to interview with the director of the program. Someone from human resources also sat in on the interview. It was pretty standard, less than an hour; I was offered a position less than a week later.
