Incredibly unprofessional. No link to the interview when it was scheduled I had to remind them to give me a link. Started the interview by saying that she didn't bother getting dressed for the interview. Asked the same question multiple times. Said they'd get back to me at the end of the week for two weeks before saying no on the third week.

Do you have any experience in a start up environment.
Applied for the Trust and Safety position and was surprised at the quick response to move forward. Within the email, the hiring manager stated that you (the candidate/future employee) must provide your own laptop or desktop. This would’ve been beneficial to include in the job ad itself. Employers should provide any and all equipment necessary to do the job. It shouldn’t rest on the employee(s).
