The interview process consisted of 3 steps:
1. General Interview with an HR Manager to evaluate my personality and find out if I'm interested in the position.
2. Technical Interview with VP Engineering that consisted of general technical questions and a couple of hands-on experience test tasks that had to be solved using Ruby language.

Interview
The interview process was transparent, the questions were reasonable from start to finish. Communication was easy and respectful.
The process included several stages like initial call with HR, technical assessment and final call with VP of Engineering. So it was a positive experience that left a good impression.
