First stage interview with Founder(s) gives a great impression of the company, work and team. Second stage involved three directors, which is overkill at this level and challenging to connect with. Following that, there is an hour written test involving X2 press releases, a topline media strategy and marking up a written release for grammatical errors etc. Written tests at other companies has usually consisted of a release and a media strategy which is more realistic and fair within the timeline. Feedback wasn't particularly constructive either.
