Interview
1st stage phone interview with recruiter, then a panel round with a Director and two team members. Each round lasted 30 minutes. The process took a week and a half from initial phone call to offer. Everyone was professional and very personal, my recruiter responded same day when I would reach out. Positive candidate experience.

Typical questions over background and career goals. Additional questions around how you manage conflict, team members, and projects. Emphasis on ability to work in a dynamic, growing/changing environment. They want to ensure you are a self starter as Fast is a rapidly growing company still in early stages.
Meet with Hiring manager + Team interview (Virtual onsite) + Final hiring manager round call. Pretty simple and straight forward interview. I accepted and got hired to the company. Everything was done through zoom
