Started with the standard interview questions, quite laid back. Then went onto the shop floor to choose an outfit for a scenario they had given me. And that was it!

Tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a customer.
Really chilled interview, asked all the usual questions. Very honest about when they would get back to you and the situation they are currently in. Would recommend wearing smart casual clothes the interview. Ask for further details about the job in the interview as it isn't always clear about everything on their website.
