      Head of Content Interview

      Accepted offer
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Faversham House in Jan 2023

      Interview

Was headhunted via LinkedIn and had a half an hour phone call with their in house recruiter who said they were interested in my experience. Was asked to send over my CV, which I did the very same day. Then did not hear from her for a week, asked for an update and said she’d let me know feedback tomorrow, another week or so passed. I saw the job reposted on LinkedIn and asked for an update. Apparently the person that she sent my CV to, who has never met me, said I didn’t have any sales experience, for an editorial content position. If I didn’t have enough experience in something, why did I waste my time in an interview? This company has poor communication skills, which is a red flag. Ghosting people after they’ve dedicated time and effort in their day to speak to them is not acceptable.

What is your experience in B2B?

      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Faversham House (East Grinstead, England) in Mar 2023

      Interview

I was interviewed twice, by the portfolio director, director of content and talent acquisition manager, and then by the director of sales and director of content. The first interview was fun and I felt there were good vibes. The second interview was more challenging but I did a presentation based on a task that went well and got the job. I appreciated that I was offered the job that afternoon rather than having to sweat it.

      Question 1

One question that threw me a bit was asking how I 'like to be managed'.
