Was contacted to set up a time for the initial screening. Calendar link wasn't included, wrote to ask for the link. Set up a time, the time came and went without a word from the interviewer. I did send an email asking if the time was correct, an hour later got a response that they were running behind. No option to reschedule, no apology, nothing.
