An overburdensome application process that included a lengthy written test for every candidate (unsuccessful candidates were ghosted even after completing heavy application). The interview was then insane with a full day of tasks, one-on-ones and tests with staff unrelated to the role. The flat structure was to be applauded but it made them disorganised, over scrupulous and chaotic.
