First, I did a phone screen with someone from the marketing department(?), who invited me to complete the application. Then, I had a 1 hour panel interview where I prepared a lesson. They couldn't understand why I didn't want to email or mail my social security number, as it is not secure and illegal. They also sent a rejection letter after I called to follow up, and I thought it was untimely and rude to not call back.
