I was interviewed for a Finance role which has 5-6 rounds of discussion. (Including both the founder brothers)
And there was radio silence from Recruitment team. Even I have followed up 2-3 times with their 12-15 years experience HRs and yet no response.
Even if you are interviewing get clarification on your expectation in written and do get written response on the same from HR. They don't have processes in place on these and later manipulate on CTC a lot. And as a candidate you wont' have any control on this process only your recruitment HR will.
Now, you can imagine how rude and unprofessional experience was giving 5-6 rounds of interview in almost 2 months while expectation was that candidate should join immediately.
