I went through five rounds of interviews, and in every single round I had to repeat the same explanation about why I left my previous organisation. Despite answering consistently, the panel still seemed unsatisfied, which was surprising, especially since changing organisations for growth is a normal and valid career move.
The entire process dragged on for almost a month, only to end with a rejection email. Overall, it felt like a significant waste of time and energy. I hope the company streamlines their process and focuses more on evaluating skills rather than repeatedly asking the same questions.
