Hiring manager forgot about our scheduled phone interview. Had to call the store to get through. Didn't feel like they cared who they hired they just wanted anyone with a pulse.

All the questions I got were very broad and not targeted about the role. The generic tell me about yourself. Didn't give much info about the role I'd fill.
