I interviewed with the two main owners at their location where I showed my portfolio, then met a week later in a more social setting and finally back at the office to hear their offer. It was efficient and friendly and they seemed determined to land someone not only talented, but who matched their culture. I was impressed with the value they seem to place in their employees.
