It felt like I was being pranked. It was a zoom interview and the interviewer did not look at me once - looked like he had a second monitor he was focused on instead. Started eating in the middle of it and was very unenthusiastic about the company as a whole. Very strange
I applied to the position; CEO reached out to me on LinkedIn, expressing interest for interview and asking me to send over my availability for the next week plus resume to their email. I spent time to further tailor resume and provided a list of time slots. Never heard back. Followed up in a week - still zero response. Super unprofessional and flakey. Totally a sketchy place.

Just asked me to send availabilities and never responded. This is not me expecting response from an initial application - this is after you asked me to send availabilities for interview. At least send a sentence telling me you're no longer interested.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Fifth Tribe (Crystal City, VA)
Interview
The interview process was pretty succinct and casual. The interviewer on the other hand looked a bit bored and had a dry personality. Also, the interview was held in an open environment where there was a decent amount of noise and distractions. Overall, not a great impression.
