Filo reached me out for this role. Their HR team was quiet pleasant, very helpful. They scheduled an academic interview for the role. This interviewer didn't even bother to go through my CV. So naturally dude ignored my entire body of work and proceeded take a decision based on few dumb questions he prepared. This is what happens when you put kids out of college in-charge of selection. They feel its a power trip. Anyways I soon realized that I should have never accepted the invitation in the first place. These kind of gigs are suited better for kids out of college trying to break in the job market. For experienced tutors and educators, these sub-par selection process are a total waste of time. So my advice for anyone seeking work with Filo is only go ahead if you are a fresher, otherwise stay away.
