Interview
You start with an online assessment for which you get roughly an hour to complete. After that if you are successful you will be contacted to talk over the next stage which is the interview itself.
Interviews are ran by 3th party company, both people who interviewed me were amazing, happy and you could definitely tell that they were listening to what answers I was providing.
Overall positive interactions with guys from FOS as well as the 3rd party conducting the interview itself.

Situation based questions trying to understand how you would act under pressure and how you are able to resolve issues.
the interview was carried out by an independent third party. They had been notified in advance of my accommodations and took these into consideration. The interviewers were friendly and comforting and teh process was quite simple

Interview
The interview involved a STAR format competency based questions, assessing skills gained in work experience. The interview took around 45 minutes and I was able to ask role specific questions at the end.
