      Customer Success Manager Interview

      Sep 28, 2024
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Findhelp in Aug 2024

      Interview

Met with COO for a first round given a shared background. Then with HR for basic screening & a third round with the VP/skip level. Pretty standard questions such as explaining background, what appeals to you about the role, what kind of work you expect or want to do, expected salary. Very disappointed that they did not provide any feedback after three rounds of interviews even after I reached out specifically to request it. That was unexpected given the personalities of the folks I interviewed with.

      Application

I interviewed at Findhelp (Austin, TX)

      Interview

Online application submission, HR screening interview, hiring manager interview. After hiring manager there are additional interview(s) with department staff. Thoughtful questions, easy personalities. Growing organization doing meaningful work. The overall feel of the organization is it seems a little young, their website is not as polished as it could be. The people interviewing are committed to their work.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Findhelp in Jan 2024

      Interview

Went through 4 rounds of interviewing; first, a 30 minute phone screener with HR, a week later met with a director, the next week did a situational interview with multiple account leaders whom I’d be working with, followed by an invitation into the office to meet with the COO and various other directors. I received very positive feedback throughout the process and everyone was very kind, but barely a few hours after I completed my onsite visit they emailed stating they would be going with another candidate since my “skill set was not a strong match.” I felt misled and jerked around since they did not consider me a strong candidate yet they led me on through 4 rounds of interviews. They also apparently booked time to speak with all of my references when they didn’t have the intention of hiring me, which seems incredibly rude.
